Google for Startups is committed to empowering companies using AI to tackle healthcare’s biggest challenges. I’m proud to announce the third cohort of the Growth Academy: AI for Health program, supporting startups across Europe, Africa and the Middle East using AI to responsibly grow the healthcare and wellbeing industry.
This three-month program, kicking off in May, provides startups with the tools and knowledge they need to grow and scale. With virtual workshops covering AI best practices, leadership development, responsible innovation, product design and customer acquisition, along with personalized mentorship and technical support from Google’s experts, they’ll be well-equipped to navigate the challenges of growth. And the ongoing product support and mentorship after the program ensures they have a strong foundation for long-term impact.

Ahead (Germany) offers a mobile app for emotional intelligence training, using AI and behavioral science to deliver personalized self-improvement tools. It focuses on rapid behavior change through interactive exercises, helping users track emotions, overcome unhelpful thought patterns and build resilience.
Ailin.Health (Spain) is an AI-powered Diagnostics-as-a-Service platform that makes preventive healthcare accessible by simplifying testing, delivering smart health insights and guiding patients and providers through the care pathway.
BLUESKEYE AI (UK) uses artificial intelligence to help analyze facial expressions and voice patterns to measure medically relevant behaviors. The company’s technology aims to enable early diagnosis, monitor treatment effectiveness and support pharmaceutical testing to detect a range of conditions ranging from driver fatigue to major depressive disorder.
Daiser (UK) is a modular, AI-native platform that enables the creation, scaling and integration of personalized healthcare services. Designed for care teams, commissioners and creators, it streamlines the development and procurement of affordable, adaptable health solutions.
