With the included USB-C cable, users can enjoy top-tier audio across music, movies, and games, while music creators will benefit from improved tools for songwriting, beat-making, production, and mixing.

With this update, AirPods Max will support 24-bit, 48 kHz lossless audio, maintaining the authenticity of original recordings and letting listeners experience music as the artist intended. Lossless audio also enhances Personalized Spatial Audio, providing a more precise, uncompressed, and immersive sound. Additionally, users can access over 100 million songs in lossless audio with Apple Music.
