Accessory displays and large digital screens will highlight Samsung’s latest products.
To facilitate customer support, dedicated kiosks will offer assistance, product information, and exclusive offers. An online booking system will allow users to schedule visits in advance, reducing wait times.
With over 3,000 service touchpoints across India, the redesign will be rolled out in phases across major cities.
