Samsung introduces new gen service centres: Here’s what makes them different

Samsung is redesigning its service centers to improve the smartphone customer support experience. The updated centers aim to streamline service processes and enhance customer interactions.The new design incorporates digitalized systems to align with changing consumer expectations. Advanced diagnostic tools will enable precise issue detection, while redesigned spaces will feature lounge-style seating with wireless charging. Accessory displays and large digital screens will highlight Samsung’s latest products.

To facilitate customer support, dedicated kiosks will offer assistance, product information, and exclusive offers. An online booking system will allow users to schedule visits in advance, reducing wait times.

With over 3,000 service touchpoints across India, the redesign will be rolled out in phases across major cities.
