Space Force scraps satellite procurement, shifts to more flexible strategy

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Space Force has canceled a competition between Boeing and Northrop Grumman to build a new class of jam-resistant communications satellites, abandoning a traditional procurement approach in favor of a more flexible strategy.
