The Artemis Accords: avoiding the worst mistake of the space age

The space age, which arguably began in 1957, was substantially mismanaged by many of the holders of the relevant technological evolution emerging in the latter half of the 20^th century. We may be proceeding into a more definable future with the increasing participation in the Artemis Accords. We are moving toward the conquest of space in a more cooperative manner. Continuing independently in astronautics could become the worst mistake any spacefaring nation or entity could make in the Space Age.
